Judith Bassett, Keith Sinclair, Marcia Stenson
A history of New Zealand for middle to high schoolers, written in a narrative form. It is enjoyable to read, easy to follow, lots of photos, pictures, charts, etc. Highly recommended.
Very good condition, fading on spine, softcover.

A very rare reprint of an Edith Howes classic in very good condition with dust jacket. The illustrations are in b&w but there is one colour plate at the front. The pages are clear and the dust jacket is not ripped but has some creasing. Edith Howes retells some of the Maori legends for children.
